The regulations applicable are as follows:
- Conditions générales d'achat (CGA) (Terms and conditions applicable to purchasing procedures, available in French only) for supply and service contracts;
- Achats et marchés : note de service n)2016-75 dated 16 December 2016 (Internal memorandum no. 2016-75, available in French only) concerning the delegation of powers to Centre Presidents and the Head Office Administrator as secondary Authorizing Officers and Representatives of the Contracting Authority for centres, and to Unit Directors as Representatives of the Contracting Authority for units.
