Fruit Biology Laboratory

This Fruit Biology Laboratory (Joint Research Unit 619) associates INRA, Université Bordeaux 1 and Université Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2.  The research programme deals with the biology of fleshy (pulpy) fruit development. The aim is to study the biological factors which lead to the growth of quality fruit during early development phases. Research is conducted principally on tomatoes and grapes and to a lesser degree on peaches and strawberries. Research (teams, facilities), Teaching, Access, Contact. French and English versions.
