INRA officials meet with their BBSRC counterparts

In early July, François Houllier, INRA’s president, and Olivier Le Gall, head of scientific affairs, welcomed a delegation from the BBSRC led by the research organization’s new chief executive, Jackie Hunter.

INRA in Italy for Agroecology and Milan 2015

The President of INRA was in Italy on 3 and 4 February. On the programme: a visit to senior management of the FAO and the IFAD and the launch of INRA participation in the Milan world exhibition in 2015.

Recent visits to INRA by two Chinese delegations

On 17 and 18 November 2013, in Clermont then in Paris, INRA welcomed representatives from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). Then on 2 December 2013, INRA also welcomed a delegation from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). These two visits were aimed at reinforcing INRA's cooperation with these two organisations.

New French-Argentinian agreement signed between INRA and INTA

Following on from the French-Argentinian Cooperation for Innovation Meeting which took place from November 26 to 28, 2013 in Buenos Aires, INRA and INTA (Instituto Nacional de Technología Agropecuaria) renewed the cooperation agreement initiated in 2006.
