When it comes to research in human nutrition, Daniel Tomé is a visionary. A professor at AgroParisTech and director of INRA’s Research Unit for Nutritional Physiology and Eating Behaviour in Jouy-en-Josas, he is this year’s winner of the INRA Award for Scientific Excellence.
