Following the French-Chinese scientific symposium on Urban Agronomy from 30 November to 2 December 2015 in Nancy, a signing ceremony was held on Wednesday 2 December at the President’s office of the University of Lorraine. INRA, the University of Lorraine (UL) and Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU) have signed an agreement to establish up an International Associated Laboratory (LIA) to develop research on the remediation of contaminated soils and the ecosystem services that they can provide.

On the occasion of the official visit to France of the President of Uruguay, Tabaré VÁZQUEZ, a cooperation framework agreement was signed on 28 October 2015 between INRA and INIA during a ceremony held at the Élysée.

Goats are the model species used in research on reproductive biology and animal agroecology carried out by CABRAA. The agreement to create this international associated laboratory, developed between INRA and a department at the Antonio Narro Autonomous Agrarian University (Mexico), was signed on 9 July 2015 just a few days before the Mexican president’s visit to Paris.
